Islamic Help was launched with the principle motive of helping mankind in all possible walks of life. The grave poverty and the catastrophic events are saddening and shocking reminders of the horrific sufferings endured by millions around the world.

Food Programme: Cooked food to thousands is being distributed on a regular basis in packs so that people may take them home to their families.
3 food camps in Punjab:
- Kot Addu-500 people daily (2 meals a day)
- Kot Azam- 1000 people dauly (2 meals a day)
- Bahawalpur-v 500 people daily (2 meals a day)
1 food camp in KP:
- Mardan-1000 people daily (2 meals a day)
Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH): Islamic Help has deployed 9 water purification units capable of providing clean drinking water to 80,000 beneficiaries per day.
Health: Installed an inflatable field hospital unit at Daira Din Panah near Muzzaffagar and donated approximately $250,000 of medicines. The facility is seeing an average of 1000 out patients a day.
